The hotel is located off the ring road, in the southern part of Rome. The immediate area is residential, with views accross fields to the hills of the Roman Castles region.

Rooms are large in size and furnished in a sober and elegant style.They are decorated in light blue colour that gives a relaxing and comofrtable atmosphere. They are all equipped with modern furniture. The restaurant of the hotel is a adjacent to the bar. Both areas have 'cotto' flooringand are equipped with light wooden furniture.

This hotel is a 2 storey brick building, the bricks forming a pattern of horizontal dark and light stripes. The lobby is medium in size and furnished in a fine and traditional style. The reception desk is at the right side of the entrance, wood furnished. The large seating area is very pleasant and comfortably decorated. It is equipped with sofas and easy-chairs and have 'cotto' flooring.
